Data collection on our website

We collect personal data if given to us voluntarily when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). In this case we delete your personal data six months after entirely processing your request and do not disclose your personal data without your permission.

When you use our sites, we may also use cookies to collect extra data, including your IP address. In order to fulfill the contract or for measures preliminary to a contract we collect the following data: Name, address, email, credit card number, paypal.

For these purposes we forward your information to the carrier commissioned with delivery if and when necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on the payment service provider you selected during the ordering process, we forward the collected data for processing to the credit institute commissioned with the payment and, if necessary, to payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service, respectively.

Your data will be deleted after the expiration of the terms relating to tax and commercial laws. The data processing is based on § 96 Abs 3 TKG, Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO (processing for contract purposes).

To better understand what your interests and preferences are we process personal data given to us voluntarily like date of birth, postal code and interests and preferences.

After submitting the subscription you receive an e-mail which contains the link to confirm your e-mail address and finalize the subscription.

Your rights

With regard to the processing of your date you may have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and transfer. You are also entitled to raise a complaint against the data processing with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
